1. WARRANTY 1.1. Kimko.lt mediates the manufacturer's warranty and warranty procedures, but does not personally provide warranty repairs for the equipment. In the absence of an authorized service representative, the warranty repair through kimko.lt will be carried out through the importer or the manufacturer. 1.2. The prerequisites for the warranty maintenance the sales document issued by kimko.lt and the device itself with an undamaged serial number. If the serial number of the device is corrupted or unreadable, the warranty repair contractor has the right to refuse a free warranty repair.
2. WARRANTY PERIOD 2.1 24-month warranty applies to private customers for all merchandise sold at the kimko.lt online store. For legal entities, the warranty period specified by the manufacturer will be applied. 2.2. The warranty period is calculated from the transfer of the item to the buyer. 2.3. The warranty period pauses at a time when the buyer cannot use the thing due to non-compliance with contractual terms, for which the guarantor is responsible (warranty repair). 2.4. The length of the warranty and the duration of the response or maintenance period are determined by the importer of the goods. 2.5. Separately purchased warranty extensions must be registered by the customer in accordance with the provided guideline within 30 days. If this is not done, the warranty extension does not apply. 2.6. A withdrawal from the contract during the warranty period is possible only at the discretion of the manufacturer.
3. WARRANTY REPAIRS 3.1. Warranty repairs are carried out at the manufacturer's service center. In the absence of an authorized service representative, warranty repairs will be carried out via kimko.lt through the supplier or the manufacturer. 3.2. If the repair of the equipment during the warranty period is impossible and it is out of production, under warranty rules, the manufacturer or importer will replace the device with a equivalent to or better. 3.4. In addition to the rights arising from the warranty, the consumer also has other rights deriving from legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY 4.1. Wearable parts (batteries, toner cartridges, print heads, floppy disks, CDs, mouse pads, brushes, etc.) and packaging and documentation; 4.2. User data that has been lost due to device failure or warranty repair. Data backup is a customer's responsibility; 4.3. Software, including software previously installed on the device and malfunctions due to software; 4.4. The warranty expires if the device has been identified as having malfunctions or physical damage caused by unintentional or intentional physical injury or by the presence of foreign objects, liquids, insects, excess dust and so on; 4.5. The warranty expires if the device has been identified as having malfunctions or physical damage due to inoperative electrical systems (lack of grounding cables, etc.), power failure or voltage fluctuations; 4.6. Operating malfunctions and physical injuries caused by the use of non-original parts or unsuitable accessories; 4.7. Operating malfunctions due to improper use of equipment and non-compliance with the instructions for use (use of product under abnormal ambient conditions).
